The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist during our stay. The amenities were solid, and we enjoyed the spacious room we had for our family.

Our experience took a hit due to poor housekeeping, as some common areas seemed neglected. Also, a guest reported concerning complaints that diminished our confidence in cleanliness.

I was horrified to hear a customer complain about bedbugs in the lobby and was treated dismissively by the staff when I requested a refund after not staying at all.
